Application Requirements
A $100 application fee is required for all participants. Applications will only be reviewed once the registration form and payment have been successfully submitted.
Late application forms will not be accepted.
Submission deadline
Monday, August 4 th, 2026, at 11:59 PST.
Entry Fees & Payment
All entry fees are payable through Zelle to linangelpiano@gmail.com. Registration is not complete until payment confirmation has been received. Applicants paying by Zelle are required to include a payment screenshot with their submitted registration form.
Live Performance Round
All participants will perform in person during the live competition round. The final performance schedule and check-in times will be announced after the application period closes. Please note warm-up rooms will not be provided.
Repertoire Duration Limits

Category 1 — Ages 6 and under: Maximum 3 minutes

Category 2 — Ages 7–8: Maximum 3 minutes

Category 3 — Ages 9–10: Maximum 4 minutes

Category 4 — Ages 11–12: Maximum 5 minutes

Category 5 — Ages 13–14: Maximum 6 minutes

Category 6 — Ages 15–16: Maximum 7 minutes

Category 7 — Ages 17–18: Maximum 8 minutes
Repertoire Rules & Guidelines
Participants performing a multi-movement work, such as a sonatina, sonata, prelude and fugue, suite, or similar composition, must select one movement only for their performance.
Performers who exceed the allotted time may be stopped by the jury. This will not affect the participant’s score.
*Only solo piano repertoire is permitted. Memorization is required for all performances. Teachers with questions regarding repertoire eligibility are encouraged to contact the competition team for confirmation.
Refund Policy
Application fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be granted for incorrect or ineligible age submissions, personal scheduling conflicts, inability to attend, or failure to appear on the assigned competition day.
Awards & Special Honors
First through Third Prize winners will each receive an official certificate and trophy in recognition of their achievement. All participants will receive written feedback from the distinguished jury panel to support their continued musical development.
